Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pricing Specialist (Air & Sea Freight) at SAHYOG GLOBAL LOGISTICS PVT LTD, located in Delhi, India. The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing market trends, preparing competitive pricing proposals, maintaining relationships with vendors and customers, and negotiating rates with carriers. The role involves conducting market research, supporting the sales team, and ensuring accurate and timely pricing strategies for both air and sea freight services. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, rates, and pricing strategies. Excellent communication skills for interacting and negotiating with vendors, carriers, and clients. Knowledge of finance principles and attention to detail in preparing and reviewing pricing proposals. Customer service and sales skills to build and maintain strong client relationships effectively. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management practices; prior experience in the freight industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and other pricing-related software. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing or similar roles within the freight and logistics sector is required.
