Role & responsibilities : To identify opportunity to reach new markets. To generate sales To generate leads from sources like India mart, digital marketing, Agri expo, exhibitions etc. Defining sales strategy . To look for exhibition and participate into exhibitions based on the region to be focused on, depending on the companys vision. To monitor follow ups on enquiries generated from various sources. To check the technical feasibility from enquiries generated along with technical dept. / NPD. To prepare quotation and finalize the rates based on enquiries, after reports generated from technical team. To ensure and review the quotations sent to customers and take advance payment follow up. To play a vital role in helping and monitoring negotiations with customers. To give regular visits to customers, potential and regular. To focus on recruitment, training and coaching of sales team. To help in performance monitoring and review of sales team weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually. To evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies. To analyse market trend to forecast market, competitor analysis. To build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relations. To handle customer complaints, commercial and technical Preferred candidate profile candidate having 5 years of experience. Organization from 70 cr + turnover. With handling of 50 sales team people.
