In our society vision ace we have hike vision vdp installed , and suddenly door bell stops ringing for many flats when we raised the complaint they are asking rs. 500 visiting charges for each , the worst service, I will suggest to go with other options

a week ago I had some issues with my home automation but Mr. Vinayak Addthe visited our premises and resolved the issues quickly.Also,the behaviour and knowledge of Mr.Vinayak is very good also the service is very excellent 1

Very delayed and pathetic service provided by the company. Technician ( Rohit)visiting don't have much knowledge about the issue. If they provide new parts then they charge visit charge and service charge separately which will cost more than product cost.

Had an amazing service experience from Vinayak and Saad. They were prompt and quick in resolving the issue. Came home to assist with the device and got it back for reinstallation with in the next few days after it was repaired.

Good service by safe house. Problem of gas leak detector was unresolved from very long time but a guy named Lucky came for a visit and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was professional and gave proper solution
