Roles and Responsibility: Sr. Executive Trade Marketing and Activation: To work on BTL marketing strategy for the organization and smooth execution of BTL events. - Plan and develop attractive Sales Promotions Calendar that motivates and engages the Sales organization to ensure achievement company targets - Propose and design POS communication material that is impactful, innovation and helps in offtakes. -- Design and create a promotional calendar. - Managing end-to-end execution of trade promotion elements - Negotiation with the vendors. - Handle activation and implementation of programs Consumer Activation Activities: - Support in developing and execution of activities that help communicate the brand proposition and promise effectively to the end consumer by way of activation in RWAs, Instore and Malls. - Creating the BTL Strategy and Calendar for all our key clusters and stores. - This role would provide a unique opportunity to build the BTL SOPs on what can be done, how it should be done and the Dos and Don'ts for each of the activities. - Cost Control and ROI management - This role requires effective spend, monitoring of results basis the inputs, monitoring ROI of each idea, campaign and showcasing results with business growth will be a key deliverable. - Create a system for tracking execution of each of the activities and visibility of the same to the key stakeholders within the region and Head Office. - This role will work with external vendors, partners to ensure we have a vendor pool created for execution and ideation of BTL events, exhibitions and activations. - Liaise with the marketing team and create complete BTL kit for each store with good quality collaterals for each of the activities, get them made through approved vendors and help the retail team in executing the activities and BTL Quality Control and Checks Must have skills: Good Excel Skills Good Presentation and Communication Skills An ability to manage multiple tasks Good Network of Vendors and Suppliers across the markets of Bangalore, Hyderabad & Delhi Should have worked in the FMCG category e & responsibilities Safe Harvest Pvt.
