Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Executive located in Pune. The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance tasks such as inspecting, repairing, and maintaining dental clinic equipment and facilities. Duties include performing scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role also involves maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and keeping accurate records of work performed. Qualifications Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and safety standards Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders Previous experience in a healthcare or dental setting is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
