It’s 11:19 and still there is no manger nor no hair expert in the salon. No one to attend as only coordinator are there which deny to even give bill as they don’t have the access to system to generate bills. There is zero level of customer satisfaction, wasn’t expecting this sort of behaviour from Lakmé (Vaishali).

I had a great experience in this salon. Stuffs are amazing. They make me feel so comfortable. Hairstylist Sunil has done a fabulous job. He really knows his job. He is also very polite in talking.

First experience Lakme Salon and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! By The staff specially sunita and one other guy Sorry I don’t know the name but he is so polite and good at his work and helpful to slove my hair problems The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable
