Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager / Director to lead business development efforts, manage strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services sales, strong client management skills, and experience leading sales teams or managing enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for target industries and accounts. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in IT services, staffing, and digital transformation solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Procurement Heads, etc.). Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and presentations for enterprise clients. Collaborate with delivery, operations, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Track pipeline metrics, forecast revenue, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of account executives Stay current with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in IT services / consulting / solutions sales , with at least 3+ years in a leadership or quota-carrying role. Proven experience selling staff augmentation, managed services, or digital solutions to enterprise clients. Strong understanding of technology domains such as AI, cloud, data analytics, cybersecurity, ERP, and digital transformation. Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on enterprise accounts and GCC clients. Represent SAT Inc. at industry events, GCC forums, and technology conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Stay abreast of industry trends, GCC growth models, and emerging technologies impacting enterprise operations. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or large system integrators.
