Had a decent stay for 2 days here.. nice double bedrooms.. clean and maintained hotel providing quite a lot of amenities considering the price for which they offering the rooms. Located almost on the main road. Although I didn't like the complimentary breakfast served here.. it's still worth the money spent..

Didn't provided the room we booked, upon asking got the answer from the staff ( receptionist) 'take it or cancel it'. I have been a South Coast customer from a long time but recently they do not value their customers. Those who wants to go for South Coast I would recommend check other hotels in Thane West.

Rooms are rather small but comfortable. Cleanliness is good, but service is not up to the mark. Moreover, no in-house restaurant, although food is served in room from nearby restaurant. However, not bad for short stay.
