The Mining Manager will oversee mine planning, operations, and safety measures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and efficiency in mining activities. Responsibilities include managing mine schedules, optimizing production, coordinating with teams, and maintaining high safety standards. The role also involves budget oversight, resource allocation, and collaborating with geological teams to assess and maximize resource extraction. Qualifications Proficiency in Mine Planning and knowledge of Mining Engineering principles Expertise in Mine Safety procedures and standards Practical experience in Budgeting for mining operations Understanding of Geology and its application to mining projects Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment on site Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Mining Engineering or a related field Previous experience in a mining management role is an advantage
