We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in both structural works and finishing activities for residential/commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site supervision, quality control, material management, and coordination of execution activities to ensure project completion within timelines and standards. Role & responsibilities Execute and monitor all structural activities including PCC, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, blockwork/brickwork, and waterproofing. Ensure works are completed as per structural drawings, technical specifications, and safety guidelines. Oversee all finishing activities such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, plumbing, electrical finishing, and faade works. Ensure the finishing quality meets the required standards and approved samples. Implement QA/QC procedures for both structure and finishes. Coordinate daily with subcontractors, vendors, and skilled workers. Work closely with architects, MEP teams, and structural engineers. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in both structural and finishing works Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (preferred). Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
