Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Salesperson to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities: Identify and understand customer needs to effectively sell IT products/services. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and networking. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Outbound cold calling to identify potential prospects (Lead Generation). Analyze market trends and track sales performance. Generating promising leads (Enquiry generation). Providing software demo presentation as per customer requirements. Processing all customers' orders and deliver accordingly to close the lead Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services. Continuously improve through feedback and training. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques. High school diploma or equivalent (Commerce Bachelors degree preferred). Preferred candidate profile * Software product/Service selling experience preference
