I purchased books online and one book was damaged, i contacted to publication and they informed me that if you want to exchange book then you will have to bear the courier charges.

No customer support and service... A bunch of people just coming and sitting at the publication house... No facility of using cards for payment... Better to shut off than give poor customer service!
