Corporate Sales Manager hyderabad 3 - 5 years INR 3.5 - 4.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Promote and sell technical training & certification programs (NDT, QA/QC, Piping, Welding, ISO, etc.) to students and corporate clients. Generate leads through cold calling, counseling, seminars, and networking. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Build and maintain relationships with engineering colleges, corporates, and individual trainees. Handle student inquiries, counseling, and conversions from admission to enrollment. Plan and execute marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Maintain daily sales reports, pipeline tracking, and MIS updates. Represent the company in exhibitions, job fairs, and promotional events. Coordinate with the training delivery team to ensure smooth execution of programs. Preferred candidate profile Female candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills. Graduate( b tech( mech/ civil) / MBA preferred (specialization in Marketing/HR is an added advantage). 35 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (preferably in the education/training sector). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students and professionals. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving targets. Knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and social media marketing will be an added advantage.
