Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling engineering/industrial products to prospective clients, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering products. Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients. Conduct market research to understand competitors, market demand, and trends. Visit potential customers and provide pre-sales and post-sales support. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch, and after-sales service. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree/any degree (preferably in Engineering, Science, or Business). 1-3 years of experience in sales (engineering or industrial products preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in customer handling and business development. Self-motivated and target-driven. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
