Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and taking minutes. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth meeting arrangements. Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and transport for business trips. Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including meetings and events during the trip.
