Very pathetic service don’t go for loans . They do not respond for your any query nor their ground staff is supporting for anything . They keep customers waiting at bank branch and they do not attend call also . Very pathetic service. I visited 3 times to branch but they do not give any support.

It is not advisable to take a loan from them. If you miss a single installment, they will charge double the interest rate, which we will be responsible for paying. Furthermore, they do not provide a courtesy call to remind you of the due date for your interest payment.
