The Head of Training & Placement will lead the strategic planning and execution of all training and placement activities within the institution. This leadership role involves overseeing the placement team, establishing strong employer relationships, & enhancing employability skills among students. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic vision for training and placement aligned with institutional goals and industry demands. Lead, mentor, and manage the training and placement team to achieve placement targets and quality standards. Build and sustain partnerships with industry leaders, recruiters, and corporate organizations to secure placement opportunities. Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs focusing on soft skills, technical skills, and employability enhancement. Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and career counselling sessions effectively. Collaborate with academic departments and external stakeholders to integrate industry-relevant skills into training curriculums. Stay updated with market trends, industry requirements, and emerging job roles to guide training and placement strategies.
