Job Description Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts. Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases (CRM systems). Follow up on sales leads, client requests, and pending orders. Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, logistics, and finance departments. Schedule meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations. Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Handle order processing, tracking, and issue resolution. Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
