Role Summary The Real Estate Consultant – Residential Sales is responsible for assisting clients in buying residential properties by offering expert advice, conducting property site visits, and managing the end-to-end sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep knowledge of the local housing market, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Success in this position is measured by achieving sales targets, providing exceptional client service, and closing transactions smoothly and ethically. What Success Looks Like Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly residential sales targets Generating leads and converting prospects into closed deals Building a reputation for honest, transparent, and effective client handling Managing multiple property transactions while ensuring client satisfaction Developing strong relationships with developers and clients Responsibilities Meet with prospective buyers to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget Suggest suitable residential properties based on client needs and current inventory Arrange and conduct property site visits, explaining key features and advantages of each property Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, ensuring seamless coordination Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure pricing and terms with builders / developers Guide clients through the legal and financial processes involved in residential property purchases, including documentation, agreement signing, home loan support, and registration Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups. Stay updated with market trends, builder project launches, area developments, and government policies affecting residential real estate Participate in promotional activities, property exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to generate leads Collaborate with internal sales support teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely deal closures Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales Strong knowledge of the local residential property market, builders, and ongoing projects Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients Graduate degree in any discipline; real estate certification or diploma is an advantage Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and be open to frequent site visits Familiarity with RERA guidelines and real estate transaction documentation is preferred
