At rtifact , we’re building the Intelligence Layer for Cloud, Support, and Reliability Engineering - a platform that unifies DevOps, Support, and SRE operations across cloud environments. We're looking for a Project Manager who's organised, proactive, and great at bringing structure to fast-moving teams. You’ll work closely with our founders, engineering leads, and customers to ensure projects run smoothly from internal deliverables to customer success What You’ll Do • Track and coordinate internal deliverables across product, AI, and engineering teams. • Maintain project dashboards, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery. • Join customer meetings to capture action items, dependencies, and blockers. • Communicate progress updates and ensure both internal and customer teams stay aligned. • Assist in preparing weekly status reports and documentation. • Identify risks early and help the team stay focused on priorities. • Support leadership in ensuring smooth execution and accountability across projects. What We’re Looking For • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or delivery management. • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with attention to detail. • A proactive mindset - someone who takes ownership, not just tasks. • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Notion, Google Sheets, or ClickUp. • Exposure to cloud, SaaS, or AI products is a plus (not mandatory).
