As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the main technical point of contact for a portfolio of RTB House clients. You will ensure campaigns are set up correctly, monitored daily, and optimized for maximum performance. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong technical skills, and the ability to provide timely solutions to performance-related challenges. You will work closely with account managers and internal technical teams to deliver high standards of service and help clients achieve their campaign goals. Why RTB House? You Will Conduct the technical operations for our clients in the MENA region for the following fields: Coordination of all technical issues with regards to online campaign launching and running process; Technical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client’s e-commerce platform; Work closely with account managers, sales teams, and HQ technical support to maintain high service standards; Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and key performance metrics daily, and more frequently as needed; Handle requests via the ticketing system (e.g., Jira) promptly, in line with SLA timelines; Contribute to process improvements, internal knowledge sharing, and the development of TAM best practices. Propose optimization solutions for processes in order to achieve both internal and external goals. Desired Experience At least 2 years of experience in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising; Working experience with HTML, JavaScript, REGEX, URL structures, or relevant web development skills; Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Firebug, browser developer consoles); Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for report generation and data analysis; Advantageous skills: Working knowledge of GTM, Google Analytics, Shopify or other e-commerce platforms, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, etc.); Understanding of common digital advertising metrics and abbreviations, such as ROI, CPC, CPM, SSP, DSP; Familiarity with cookies and tracking concepts is a plus.
