Job Description:

A reputed multispecialty hospital in Himachal Pradesh is looking for a qualified and experienced RSO (Radiation Safety Officer) – Nuclear Medicine professional. The ideal candidate will ensure radiation safety compliance and oversee the operation of nuclear medicine equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise radiation safety protocols in Nuclear Medicine department.
• Ensure compliance with AERB guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage radioactive materials and waste.
• Train and guide staff on radiation protection measures.
• Maintain radiation monitoring records and documentation.
• Support in diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc in Nuclear Medicine / Medical Physics OR DNB / MD in Nuclear Medicine.
• Valid RSO certification (approved by AERB).
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety standards.
• Good coordination and reporting skills.
