We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team and help design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that high-quality, reliable data is available across the organization to drive analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines for structured and unstructured data Build and maintain data infrastructure across cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Develop and manage data models, data warehouses, and data lakes Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver clean, well-structured datasets Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance throughout the data lifecycle Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot data-related issues Automate data ingestion and transformation processes for real-time and batch systems Support the adoption of data best practices, governance, and documentation Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) 2+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, or Java) Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools and frameworks (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Kafka, Spark) Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) Familiarity with cloud data platforms and services (e.g., AWS Glue, GCP Dataflow, Azure Data Factory) Experience with CI/CD, version control, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience with real-time data processing or stream processing Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Background in analytics, data science, or machine learning pipelines Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Flexible working hours and remote options Opportunities for learning and professional development A collaborative and high-impact team environment Health insurance, wellness programs, paid time off, and more
