Role Description We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at RRB ROBOTICS & AUTOMATION, located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation understand customer needs, drive sales growth through effective lead management and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions. • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest. • Maintain and expand a database of prospects within the assigned territory. • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. • Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services. Requirements: • Experience in the Robotics Automation industry is a plus • Proven inside sales experience or Freshers. • Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day. • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. • Experience working with CRM systems. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Strong listening and presentation skills. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
