The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, preparing and presenting sales pitches, and regularly meeting sales goals and targets. Collaboration with the sales team and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions will also be key responsibilities. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals effectively. Proficiency in managing sales records, preparing sales reports, and conducting market research. Team collaboration skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. Familiarity with the logistics industry or experience in a sales role is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
