Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Waiter position located in Brahmapur. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and delivering food orders, ensuring high standards of food and beverage presentation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. You will also collaborate with the kitchen team, address guest inquiries, and contribute to an excellent dining experience for customers. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with guests. Knowledge of Food Service and Food & Beverage practices, ensuring accurate and timely order delivery. Basic Cooking abilities and an understanding of food preparation processes are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
