In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare and labor regulations. You will handle performance management, training and development initiatives, and administer payroll and benefits programs. Additionally, you will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Compliance with labor laws Proficiency in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and HR Information Systems (HRIS) Ability to develop and implement HR Policies, Performance Management Systems, and Training Programs Exemplary Communication and Leadership skills Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
