Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive 0-3 years of experience at RPM ENTERPRISES, located in Bhosari MIDC, Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and conducting market research. The role also involves creating sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team, attending sales meetings, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Experience in generating leads and achieving sales targets Ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data Ability to create sales reports and present findings Team collaboration skills, especially with marketing teams Strong customer service skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Prior experience in the sales industry is a plus
