Role & responsibilities - Handing affaris of Private Trust, including financial Management, Compliance and adminstrative co-ordination, Preferred candidate profile 1. Oversea day to day commercial and financial operations of the Trust. 2. Ensure compliance with statutory and trust specific regulations. 3. prepared and review financial statement, budgets, and reports, 4. co ordinate with auditors, Legal Advisors, and trustees, 5. Manage trust property, Investment and contractual obligations 6. Manage the routine requirement of beneficiaries.
