Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and bank deposits. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Generate financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders. Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Monitor and reconcile company expenses and petty cash. Assist in payroll processing and statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.). Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter preferred). 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP). Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools. Understanding of Indian tax laws and statutory compliance. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and communication skills.
