Very Pathetic customer service, this company will never settle your claim . It's been two months since I am dealing with them for the claim of my vehicle. It will be better to not have insurance rather than have with this Company

very pathetic they take 1 month for insurance claim processing, even then they did not gives me the full claim. my car in an accident damaged from front and back. they just approve the front side damage. very very pathetic .never never purchase royal sundram insurance....:(

I wish I could submit my review with no start as they don't deserve it , fake company who wants to be available everywhere to gain sales/revenue but don't know how to provide post services. Customer service people are dead or lost their memory after making commitment; sound like Ghajini with Royal Sundram Tag.

They will take your money at the time of insurance but if body of yr car gets damage,they will try there best so that you will not get full insurance benefits. It happened to me,and i will not insur my car with royal sundram again.

Very poor service, rude surveyor, rejecting claims for no reason at all. Buy any other car insurance not royal sundaram.

Good working space...fun people..amazing stars....great location in terms of connectivity. Lots of great places all around...mainly a commercial hub and if you have a problem with zomato....common down get insurance then go and complain to the zomato office next to the adjacent office
