The institution is based in Kunnamkulam, Kerala. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kunnamkulam. The positions include Head of Department (CSE and AI&DS), Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor in CSE/AI&DS/ME/Physics/English, Admission Officer, Site Engineer and Plumber. Responsibilities will vary by role but generally include teaching and mentoring, conducting research, developing course materials, providing academic support, coordinating admissions and placements, and participating in departmental activities. Faculty roles will include preparing and delivering lectures, assessing student performance, and staying current with developments in their field. Qualifications Strong teaching and mentoring skills, with experience in curriculum development Research skills relevant to the discipline, including publishing in academic journals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team efforts Administrative and organizational skills for managing departmental activities Experience in admissions processes and student placement strategies for admissions and placement officer roles Advanced degrees in relevant fields (Ph.D. preferred for faculty roles) Proficiency in using educational technology and online resources
