Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Officer Location: Noida Experience: 3–5 Years Gender: Female Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Precision Instruments Job Purpose To plan and execute marketing activities for industrial products, support sales teams, generate leads, and improve brand visibility in the B2B manufacturing market. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute B2B marketing activities for industrial/manufacturing products Generate leads through digital marketing, exhibitions, and campaigns Coordinate with sales team for marketing support and customer follow-ups Handle product brochures, presentations, catalogues, and marketing content Manage corporate website content and basic digital marketing activities Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and client events Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis Maintain marketing reports, MIS, and CRM data Required Skills & Knowledge Experience in B2B / Industrial / Manufacturing marketing Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding Experience in exhibitions and vendor coordination Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools Educational Qualification MBA / PGDM in Marketing OR Graduate with relevant marketing experience Preferred Profile Female candidates with 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial products, or instruments Willing to work from Noida office and coordinate with sales teams Salary As per industry standards and experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/02/2026
