Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor located in Kanpur. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure team efficiency, and maintain adherence to company standards and policies. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, monitoring performance, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. The Supervisor will also address and resolve operational issues promptly and foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills Strong Organizational and Time Management abilities Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills Problem-Solving and Decision-Making capabilities Attention to Detail and Goal-Oriented mindset Proficiency in basic computer applications and tools Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred Knowledge of industry-specific processes or operations is a plus
