About the Role We are at an exciting phase of growth and looking for a high-performing, ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us push the boundaries of Voice AI in India. As a Strategic BDR, you will be on the front lines of our outbound sales efforts - identifying and engaging with mid-market and enterprise prospects in customer engagement and recruitment verticals. You will play a critical role in generating qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team and shaping our overall sales strategy. You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer, collaborating with sales leadership and marketing teams to refine our outreach engine and accelerate market traction. Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyse data and continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on feedback for better results. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or similar roles. Stellar communication skills (verbal and written) in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders across seniority levels. A proven track record of securing qualified meetings through outbound prospecting. Demonstrated ability in building opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets or categories. Strong follow-up habits, and ability to handle and prioritize high lead volumes. Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Resilient and adaptable mindset, with a solutions-first attitude. Experience using prospecting tools like Apollo, Lusha, etc. Proficiency with CRMs like Zoho (or similar) and familiarity with modern sales/marketing tech stacks.
