Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for BFSI , you will play a critical role in identifying and driving new business opportunities within the banking and NBFC space. Youll work closely with senior team members, support in managing sales cycles, and grow into owning key accounts. This role is ideal for someone early in their enterprise sales journey who is passionate about fintech and looking to level up fast. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and engage with stakeholders at banks and NBFCs Support end-to-end sales cycle alongside senior sales leaders from discovery to closure Understand client needs around lending, credit, compliance, or automation workflows Assist in demos, proposals, and solution positioning Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM tools Meet monthly activity and revenue targets Continuously learn from client conversations and feed insights to product and leadership teams What Were Looking For: 1-2 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or BFSI Exposure to banking or financial services clients is preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Hustle mindset: self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn Good understanding of banking or NBFC workflows is a plus Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate Bachelors degree required Nice to Have: Experience supporting or managing BFSI accounts in a startup or growth-stage company Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools Interest in digital banking, compliance tech, or automation solutions What Youll Get: Competitive base salary and incentives Structured mentorship and fast-tracked career growth High-visibility role with access to founders and leadership Opportunity to learn enterprise sales hands-on while shaping digital transformation in Indian BFSI A collaborative, high-energy startup environment Show more Show less
