· Field Monitoring: Conduct regular visits to partner farms to monitor crop growth stages and identify early signs of pests or diseases. · Data Collection: Maintain precise records of soil health, water usage and fertilizer application for each plot. · Quality Checks: Perform pre-harvest sampling to test for potato size and defects. · Farmer Training: Assist farmers in following the company’s specific cultivation protocols. · Logistics Support: Help coordinate the movement of harvested produce from the field to the cold storage or factory.
