Two roles : 1. SAP ABAP Trainer 2. SAP FICO Trainer Job Description: SAP ABAP Trainer Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Trainer to deliver high-quality training on SAP ABAP programming. The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom/online sessions, preparing training materials, and mentoring learners on real-time SAP ABAP projects. Key Responsibilities Deliver training on SAP ABAP concepts including Reports, ALV, Enhancements, SmartForms, and BDC Explain Data Dictionary (DDIC) objects, Modularization techniques, and Performance tuning Provide hands-on training with real-time scenarios and use cases Develop and update training materials, exercises, and assessments Guide students on debugging, best practices, and coding standards Support learners with project guidance and interview preparation Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming Experience with ABAP on HANA (preferred) Knowledge of SAP Modules integration (MM, SD, FI) Excellent communication and presentation skills Prior training or mentoring experience is an advantage Experience 3+ years of SAP ABAP experience (Training experience preferred) Job Description: SAP FICO Trainer Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Trainer to provide end-to-end training on SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. The trainer will help learners understand business processes, configuration, and real-time implementation scenarios. Key Responsibilities Deliver training on SAP FI & CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting Explain end-to-end finance business processes in SAP Conduct hands-on configuration and practical exercises Prepare training materials, case studies, and assessments Guide learners on real-time implementation, support, and testing scenarios Assist students with project documentation and interview preparation Evaluate and track trainee performance Required Skills & Qualifications Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO Experience in implementation, support, or rollout projects Good understanding of integration with MM & SD Excellent communication and training delivery skills SAP Certification (preferred).
