Role Overview The Zoho One Expert will take ownership of our Zoho ecosystem ensuring the CRM and connected apps are clean, automated, and insightful. Youll work closely with management, sales, and operations teams to create workflows, dashboards, and automation that drive efficiency and clarity across departments. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize Zoho CRM data, modules, fields, and user roles to ensure accurate and efficient structure. Develop and maintain custom functions , workflows , and blueprints to automate business processes. Build and manage Zoho Analytics dashboards and reports for management, sales, and marketing teams. Integrate and automate tools using Zoho Flow , Zoho Creator , Zoho Sign , and Zoho Forms . Regularly audit the CRM for data integrity and optimize performance. Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement updates or new app connections when necessary. Ensure all automation and reporting align with business goals and workflows. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho One applications (especially CRM, Analytics, Flow, Creator, and Forms). Proven ability to write Deluge scripts and create custom functions . Strong understanding of CRM structures, automation logic, and process mapping. Experience building complex dashboards and KPI reports in Zoho Analytics. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior experience in real estate , sales operations , or property management systems is a plus. Zoho Certified Administrator or Developer (preferred but not required).
