We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Abacus Teachers at our Chakradharpur and Chaibasa centers. If you have a passion for working with children and are eager to build their mental math and concentration skills, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct Abacus classes for children aged 5 to 12 years Engage students in interactive and activity-based learning Maintain class discipline and ensure timely lesson delivery Assess student progress and communicate regularly with parents Attend training sessions in Jamshedpur or Ranchi (2–3 times a year) Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) Not enrolled in any academic or professional course at present Willing to undergo Abacus Teacher Training (provided by us) Open to occasional travel to Jamshedpur/Ranchi for training Housewives with children are preferred and encouraged to apply Passionate about teaching and child development Skills Required: Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Patience and interest in early childhood education Basic knowledge of arithmetic (Addition, Subtraction, etc.) Willingness to learn and adapt new teaching methods What We Offer: Comprehensive teacher training Supportive work environment Opportunity to make a real impact in a child’s learning journey Flexible working hours Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹100.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
