A bunch of cheaters formed this development house. All the Rohara brothers are fraud. Never fulfill their ptomises. 3rd class building materials are used in their construction. They never fulfill your basic requirements. Don't get into their trap.

Very bad quality, in one monsoon the building quality has gone down. Overpriced, bad planning, narrow lanes within the compound, no greenery at all.
