Job Responsibilities: Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, blow-drying, and treatments Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and recommend styles or treatments Maintain a clean and organized workstation and salon environment Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products Ensure a friendly, comfortable, and respectful atmosphere for all clients Follow all salon health and safety regulations and procedures Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience as a hairdresser (ladies preferred) Skilled in a wide variety of styles and hair types Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Must be respectful, punctual, and reliable Cosmetology or hairdressing certification (as required by local regulations) Preferred Skills (Optional but Desired): Experience with bridal and special occasion hairstyling Knowledge of hair treatments (keratin, protein, botox, etc.) Sales skills for promoting products and services What We Offer: Friendly, supportive work environment Opportunities for training and career development Competitive salary and/or commission Flexible working hours Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Paid time off Language: English (Preferred) Location: Valsad, Gujarat (Preferred) Work Location: In person
