What You’ll Do Lead all technical decisions, architecture, stack, infrastructure, and scaling strategy. Build and manage the MVP through to launch and beyond. Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing technical team. Collaborate closely with the founding team on product direction, go-to-market strategy, and fundraising. Shape the company’s culture and values from day one. What We’re Looking For Strong full-stack or software engineering background (preferably startup experience). Proven ability to build and ship scalable, reliable products. Experience with cloud infrastructure, data architecture, or AI/ML (depending on your product). Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine excitement about building from zero to one. Willingness to work for equity until funding or revenue milestones are achieved.
