Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy in financial documentation. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely compliance. Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation of bank statements. Assist in preparing financial reports, ledgers, and balance sheets. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Support in payroll processing and TDS deductions (if applicable). Maintain vendor and client ledgers and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to accounts and taxes. Other finance-related tasks as assigned by the management. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance-related role. Strong knowledge of GST laws, filings, and compliance. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. Knowledge of TDS, basic tax laws, and statutory compliances. Good communication and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com, M.Com, etc.).
