Role Overview We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students/learners, explaining our courses, addressing queries, and guiding them towards enrollment. This is a home-based role, ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential leads (provided by the company). Explain Rockever Education’s courses, features, and benefits to students/parents. Handle queries, objections, and provide clear information. Convince interested candidates to enroll in our programs. Maintain call logs, daily reports, and follow-up records. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets. Build and maintain good customer relationships. Required Skills & QualificationsStrong verbal communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional language). Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support preferred. Ability to handle rejections and objections positively. Basic knowledge of using mobile apps, Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home.
