With 30+ years of experience, we specialize in designing and supplying high-performance crushing solutions across India. We are expanding our team to support our growing client base and market outreach. We are seeking a confident and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products (like jaw crushers, cone crushers, etc.), and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to new and existing clients Follow up on inquiries received via website, email, or campaigns Explain product specifications and benefits clearly to prospects Maintain CRM and daily call logs Coordinate with field sales teams for closures Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi, English, Telugu Experience in telecalling / telesales / CRM handling Basic knowledge of industrial or mechanical products preferred Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated attitude Proficient in MS Office or data entry tools Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person
