Robotics Trainer

Role Overview: As a Full-Time Robotics Trainer in Kuwait, your main responsibility will be to teach and mentor students aged 6-16 in robotics, electronics, and programming. You will be expected to effectively communicate with parents to support and enhance student learning. Your role will also involve developing educational content such as question papers, creative presentations, and instructional manuals. Additionally, you will be in charge of designing and implementing syllabus and curriculum for robotics and STEM subjects, as well as conducting interactive demo sessions to showcase learning methodologies and engage students. Setting up and maintaining electronics and robotics labs with the necessary tools and equipment will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Teach and mentor students aged 6-16 in robotics, electronics, and programming. - Communicate effectively with parents to support and enhance student learning. - Develop educational content, including question papers, creative presentations, and instructional manuals. - Design and implement syllabus and curriculum for robotics and STEM subjects. - Conduct interactive demo sessions to showcase learning methodologies and engage students. - Set up and maintain electronics and robotics labs with the necessary tools and equipment. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Experience: 3-5 years of teaching or industry experience in robotics or STEM education. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Embedded Systems, Electronics, IoT, Arduino, and at least one programming language. - Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents. - Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
