Utilizing a wide range of training methods, you will conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new hires. Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of training programs including their success and Return on Investment (ROI) will be a key aspect of this role. You will also be managing the training budget and providing continuous opportunities for employee development. Adapting and tailoring training programs to address specific issues as needed is an important part of this position. It is vital to stay updated on training trends, advancements, and best practices in the industry.
