Key Responsibilities: Interact with clients and understand their travel requirements. Create customized domestic & international travel itineraries. Handle flight, hotel, bus, train, and visa bookings. Maintain client records and follow up on leads. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors. Provide travel-related advice and customer support pre & post booking. Required Skills: Good communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi). Basic knowledge of domestic/international travel. Experience in GDS/Travel Port/Amadeus (preferred). Good with email writing, WhatsApp communication, and MS Excel.
