The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing installation projects, and providing post-installation maintenance and support to clients, ensuring full customer satisfaction and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate elevator solutions. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical presentations. Achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships with clients and contractors. Installation: Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to plan and execute elevator installations. Supervise site preparation and ensure adherence to safety and technical standards. Monitor project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery. Conduct final testing and client handover. Service & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs on installed elevator systems. Respond to service calls, diagnose technical issues, and implement effective solutions. Maintain detailed service logs and reports. Ensure all maintenance work complies with applicable safety and quality standards. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. Proven experience (1 to 2 years) in lift/elevator industry sales, installation, or service. Strong technical understanding of elevator systems (hydraulic, traction, etc.). Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites.
